Policies
We always try to be as honest and fair as possible with all of our guests. We have a few rules in order to serve you better. After all, you our client are the only reason that we are in business! If you ever have a problem with our policies or services, please discuss it with us so that we can help you.
We only ask that you respect the very few rules that we have and that you have fun diving with us!

Payment
- All payments should be made the day before your departure. We need to buy supplies for the trip, and on dive days, you should just focus on diving.
- The best way to guarantee a spot on the trip you want is to pay at least 50% of the trip's cost as soon as you are ready to book.
Cancelation
- In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your trip, please tell us as soon as you know.
- If you cancel by noon on the day before your trip, we will return all of your money to you.
- If you cancel in the final six hours prior to your departure, we regret that we are only able to return 30% of your money to you. This is because we will have already paid for the trip and will not be able to find someone to take your spot.
Equipment
- If you damage or lose part of your gear that we have lent you, it is your responsibility to pay for it.
- It is ALWAYS necessary to pass by the shop the night before your departure in order to get outfitted with appropriate gear and confirm the details of your trip.
